Biography

I am a PhD student in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Connecticut. My research focuses on machine learning, graph representation learning, and medical image analysis. I am particularly interested in using probabilistic graphical models for tracking and analyzing cells in fluorescence microscopy images.

Currently, I am developing methods to enhance cell tracking accuracy across multiple layers in 3D microscopic images and contributing to the advancement of Bayesian Machine Learning techniques for biological data.
